Job Overview

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at the executive level for their Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time position primarily focused on driving sales and generating leads for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in IT sales to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of identifying and qualifying potential clients.
  • Proficiency in IT sales (Mandatory skill) with a focus on outbound sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and managing client interactions effectively.
  • Ability to perform solution sales, understanding client needs, and proposing appropriate products or services.
  • Expertise in revenue generation through targeted sales initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable agreements and terms with clients.
  • Proven ability to close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive solution sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Ensure successful deal closures and maintain client satisfaction.
