Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. The position requires a full-time commitment, located in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the field. This role is critical for driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence in the cybersecurity domain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill) with successful conversion track records in the B2B sector.
- Strong sales negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets consistently.
- Field sales experience (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated ability to meet clients and establish long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, pipeline, and customer interactions effectively.
- Capable of conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends.
- Strong account management skills, managing multiple accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
- Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to convey this knowledge to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and negotiate effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through researching and understanding market needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Meet quotas for lead generation, sales, and revenue targets, ensuring consistent business development activities.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting our cybersecurity solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, effectively closing sales and securing business deals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress and business development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Visit clients onsite on a daily basis to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
