Job Overview: Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships in the cybersecurity sector. Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify and connect with potential clients effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in field sales with a focus on engaging clients and closing deals onsite (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in corporate sales, driving business to business interactions with professionalism (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close sales with maximum value for the company.
- Ability to generate consistent revenue through strategic sales approaches and effective client management.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain and expand client relationships.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and the ability to communicate its importance to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with diverse clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Engage in field sales activities to build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients.
- Present and promote Rubik Infotech's cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client support.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities.
