Job Overview
Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior-level position is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in helping us expand our clientele by generating quality leads and closing deals in the field of cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, with a strong ability to identify and qualify potential clients (mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster lasting relationships (mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in conducting field sales to meet potential clients and demonstrate our offerings (mandatory skill).
- Experience in B2B sales, understanding the dynamics and nuances of selling to businesses.
- Capability to consistently close deals, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with IT solution sales, particularly in cybersecurity, is highly beneficial.
- Strong market research abilities to keep abreast of industry trends and insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to efficiently manage interactions with current and potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively drive revenue growth for cybersecurity services.
- Engage in lead generation activities and follow up on leads to convert them into viable business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demos to prospective clients, showcasing our innovative solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring both company and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share market insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance to senior management.
