Job Overview

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior site supervision, and possess a strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, false ceiling, and civil works. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on interior design project sites
• Ensure that projects are executed according to the approved designs, specifications, and timelines
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Implement and enforce project guidelines and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve any on-site issues or changes
• Provide regular progress reports to the project manager
• Identify and report any potential risks or delays
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and materials
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site
