- Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyse market data and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties and events
