Job Overview

We are hiring a Guest Relation Executive (Female) to join our team at RS Sarovar Portico. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job is located in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
• Basic computer skills
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room reservations
• Coordinate guest requests, including special arrangements and room service
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills
