Qualification

-       Graduate from any stream

-       MBA in HRMS shall be added advantage

Experience

-       min. 3-5 years of relevant sales experience from manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

-       HR & Admin activity

-       Office Infrastructure planning & management

-       Coordination with Govt. Offices

-       Statutory compliance & timely filing of returns  

-       Employee Enrolment & data management

-       Recruitment process

-       Back-office Data management

-       Co-ordination with internal departments

Skills Required

-       Good Communication skills

-       Good Computer Knowledge

-       Good Team player

-       Positive Attitude

-       Good HRMS Knowledge a must
