Points to be considered for screening Elixir profiles

. 3+ hands-on experience and coding skills with Elixir programming language

. 1+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL/MYSQL

. Production experience with Elixir Phoenix framework

. Hands on experience of using Elixir tools and frameworks such as Mix, IEx, Phoneix, EXUnit testing framework, Code book similar to Livebook

. Good understanding of OTP libraries and middleware

. Hands on experience of Elixir programming using the BEAM (Erlang) Virtual Machine

. Experience developing backend services and JSON APIs to power single-page web applications

. In depth knowledge about docker, Kubernetes

. worked on using Elixir on AWS, have good exposure to code and deploy Elixir application on AWS

. Knowledge of AWS ( ELB,EC2, S3, EKS, EKR, RDS) services

. Solid understanding of functional programming concepts

. Good understanding of Erlang programming language

. Good exposure to Ruby on Rails

. Have good understanding of Reactive programming

. Knowledge about modern software design patterns , single page apps

. experience with software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum

It will be added advantage if candidate has knowledge/experience of NodeJS, Python, Lisp/Clojure, Scala, Haskel.
