Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to join our team at R S Patel & Co, a leading financial services company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification : CA

Experience : minimum 5 years

5 years and above of experience in tax advisory and compliance.

Proven knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations.

Candidate profile :

• CA canidate having minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct Tax field.
• Experience of appearing before IT dept. in person will be an added advantage. 
• Good English communication - Written & Verbal.
• Continous updation of academics in terms of juducual pronoucement and updates in the field of Direct Tax
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• Past experiene in Tax divison of CA firm or Industry. Prference will be given to candidate from CA profession.
•  Review of Corporate Income tax returns, Review of replies for scrutiny assessment, Rectification of mistakes, TDS replies, Prepartion of Appeals and apperance before CIT(A) & ITAT
•   Client consultation related to Tax planning & its related advisory
•   Experience of International Taxation.
•   Preparation of various agreements
•   Will be part of Transaction advisory team
