Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IBC Manager to join our team at rspatelca. As an IBC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process. This includes handling pre-insolvency advisory, initiating insolvency proceedings, and managing the resolution process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, insolvency laws, and a proven track record in successfully managing IBC cases.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases
- In-depth knowledge of IBC laws, regulations, and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
- Professional certification in Insolvency and Bankruptcy would be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process
- Provide pre-insolvency advisory to clients, assisting them in understanding the implications and options available
- Initiate insolvency proceedings on behalf of clients and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage the resolution process, including coordinating with stakeholders, creditors, and other parties involved
- Prepare and submit the necessary documents and reports to the appropriate authorities
- Monitor the progress of IBC cases and provide regular updates to clients
- Stay updated with changes in IBC laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to deliver effective solutions for clients
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards throughout the IBC process
