Decades ago, in the year nineteen hundred and sixty seven, R. S. Patel & Co. (RSPC) was constituted to render professional services in the field of Auditing, Accounting, Tax and Finance. CA Shri Ramubhai S Patel laid the foundation of the firm with a vision to deliver services initially in the area of Direct Tax advisory & Auditing Services. In the year nineteen hundred seventy-three, the firm evolved into registered partnership firm and expanded its portfolio to include varied areas of professional services. In course of time, the firm emerged as one stop destination for legal and business solutions. Turn Around of Sick Units became a distinguished niche area. Elite CAs of Gujarat acknowledging the professional wizardry of Shri R. S. Patel elected him to the Central Council of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for term of 1988 to 1992; He was also appointed as member of vision document committee for Urban Co-Op. Bank by Reserve Bank of India in the year 2003. Having attended conferences and contributing papers and deliberations on national and international seminars, Shri R. S.
