Title: Structural Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled structural engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of various structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

1.    Structural Design: Develop structural designs, calculations, and specifications for various construction projects ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.

2.    Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct structural analysis using software tools and manual calculations to assess the integrity, stability, and strength of structures.

3.    Project Management: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

4.    Quality Assurance: Perform inspections and reviews of structural elements during different project phases to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

5.    Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, drawings, and documentation detailing structural designs, analysis, and project progress.

6.    Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to structural integrity, construction methods, and materials.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

·      2-3 years of experience in structural engineering

·      Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro).

·      In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS Codes, Indiancodes).

·      Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

·      Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
