Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at R. Subramanian And Company LLP. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Knowledge of payroll administration and employee benefits design
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Managing recruitment and registration processes relating to interns who are CA students in age group 18 to 22 years
- Counselling interns and disciplining them
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Manage the performance management system, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback
- Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements
