This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and set up visually appealing displays following the company's visual merchandising guidelines
• Create eye-catching window displays to attract customers and showcase new arrivals and promotions
• Arrange and organize merchandise on the shop floor to optimize space and enhance product visibility
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure displays and promotions align with the current marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to make necessary adjustments to the displays and layouts
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure stock availability and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in visual merchandising
• Train and mentor junior visual merchandising team members, providing guidance and support
