Job Overview

We seek a highly experienced Sr HR Operation to join our RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd team. As a Sr HR Operation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operation activities within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices and excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree & MBA in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience in HR operations Retail Industry
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications

• Oversee and manage all HR operation activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
• Develop and implement HR processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Led and managed a team of HR professionals
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR issues and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Manage HR data and generate reports for management review
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
