We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires more than 10 years of experience in marketing and a deep understanding of the retail industry. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is a full-time role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead the development of creative marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional content.
