Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the role of MIS Executive at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the decision-making process within the organization. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficient in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Computer skills, including proficiency in using data analysis tools and software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Create and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators
• Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide insights
• Generate ad-hoc reports based on business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes
• Provide training to team members on data analysis tools and techniques
