Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and achieve business goals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail environment
• Proven track record in strategic planning and campaign management
• Strong experience in brand management and development
• Excellent content development and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing campaigns
• Previous experience in the retail and gold industry would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
