Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Operations. As an HR Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. This includes handling employee data, processing payroll, managing time and attendance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mba Human Resources or related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain employee records and updated HR databases
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment
• Handle time and attendance management
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

• Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding
