Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand image and message. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas aligning with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines and maintain high quality.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Work closely with printers, photographers, and other vendors to ensure the final output meets the desired standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable inputs for marketing campaigns and promotions.
