Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar energy space.
  • Engage with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to explain our cutting-edge technology.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel 7-10 days a month to meet clients and generate sales.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak Malayalam, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
