Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar energy space.
- Engage with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to explain our cutting-edge technology.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets.
- Utilize CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel 7-10 days a month to meet clients and generate sales.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak Malayalam, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
