As a Technical Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Sunlit’s presence in Kerala and driving our mission to create a sustainable future. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Sales Development: Identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies within the solar energy space to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Client Engagement: Build strong connections with prospects, manage appointments, and conduct persuasive sales calls to showcase our cutting-edge solar technology.
- Relationship Management: Maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, high customer satisfaction, and continued orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members to ensure consistent results, meeting sales targets and company standards.
- Record Keeping: Utilize CRM tools or Excel to track your activities, manage customer data, and ensure sales processes are efficiently followed.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years in sales with solid knowledge of the solar renewable energy market.

- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office for record-keeping, communication, and analysis.
- Travel Readiness: Open to traveling 7-10 days a month within Kerala or occasionally to other locations for client visits.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada or Tamil is an added bonus.
