🎯 Your Role
- Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar energy space.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to explain our technology.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets.
- Record Keeping: Utilise CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
💡 What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel 7-10 days a month to meet clients and generate sales.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
