🎯 Your Role  

As the Technical Project Manager - eCommerce, you will lead projects that drive our digital transformation efforts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the follow-up of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete project lifecycle from conception to implementation and closure, driving projects related to Product Content, Sales Channels, and Customer Service.
• Business Case Development: Research and prepare business cases for initial projects by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic thinking with the involved stakeholders.
• Market Research: Conduct market research on available tools and competitor features to inform project planning.
• Deliverables Definition: Define concrete deliverables, create project timetables, and evaluate necessary resources for successful realisation.
• Collaboration: Align with Product Owners to identify development resources and maintain oversight on project progress.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Measure and report project progress to management and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Impact Analysis: Reflect on the expected vs. actual business value post-implementation of projects.

💡 What You Bring  

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum 8 - 9 years of relevant experience in Salesforce or SAP within the eCommerce space and overall 10 - 12 years of experience in project management.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce tools in Salesforce or SAP. 
• Expertise: Expertise in Agile methodology is essential. 
• Attributes: Passion for digital transformation, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. 
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred; candidates should be available to start within one month.

📜 Qualifications
