Job Title: Tech Lead - Data and Reporting 

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: Up to 35 Lakhs 

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to drive our Data & Reporting domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with deep expertise in Google BigQuery, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role is critical in shaping our data architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect and Implement: Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive datalake solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and address technical challenges within the domain.
• Team Mentorship: Support and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in data-related roles. Proficiency in Google BigQuery and ETL tools is required.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Google Vertex AI, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI is advantageous.
• Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and R is essential, with additional experience in languages like PHP, Java, or Matlab considered a plus.
• Cloud Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud is required, with AWS and Azure knowledge being beneficial.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Proven experience in leading development teams using Agile frameworks.
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• Language Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English is required.
