🎯 Your Role  

As a Structural Engineer at EcoSoch, you’ll be responsible for visiting project sites, taking measurements, and ensuring that all installations adhere to structural stability standards. You’ll play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, consulting with clients, and preparing accurate structural drawings. 

• Site Visits & Measurements: Visit project sites, take accurate measurements, and prepare structural drawings for solar installations.
• Client Consultation: Explain structural stability to clients, using the IS 875 standard to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing detailed structural analysis and drawings during the pre-sales process to help close deals.
• Quality Control Checks: Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all installations meet structural integrity and safety standards. 
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure that project designs align with client needs and technical standards.

💡 What You Bring  

• Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in structural or civil engineering, preferably in a field related to renewable energy. Experience in civil engineering is also an advantage. 
• Software Skills: Knowledge of STAAD Pro software is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult and explain technical concepts to clients.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the IS 875 standard and structural stability requirements is essential.
• Travel Ready: Must possess a valid two-wheeler licence and be willing to travel to sites for measurements and consultations.

📜 Qualifications  

• Education: Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. 
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in structural design or civil engineering, with knowledge of structural standards.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of structural stability standards (IS 875), and familiarity with STAAD Pro is desirable.
