Location: Kodigehalli, Bangalore

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week (may require extra hours)

The Role:

Are you an experienced professional in store operations and inventory management? Do you have a knack for ensuring smooth and efficient workflows? This is your dream job! As a Store Manager at EcoSoch, you will play a crucial role in managing our stores department and ensuring the timely availability of materials for our solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management: Oversee the overall operations of the stores department, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  2. Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize costs, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and procurement activities using inventory management software.
  4. Shipment Monitoring: Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to project sites.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead storekeepers, clerks, and logistics staff, providing training and support.
  6. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Collaboration: Work with project managers and installation teams to coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules.
  8. Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in store operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work extra hours when needed.
  • Male candidates preferred, must have a bike.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kodigehalli, Bangalore.
