About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You’ll lead campaigns that drive high-quality leads, optimize ROAS, and elevate HappyLocate’s presence across Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop creative strategies for lead generation targeting domestic and international audiences.
• Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to ensure optimal performance and strong ROAS.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design ad content aligned with campaign goals.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.

What You Bring

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Suite campaigns.
• Proven expertise in running successful lead generation campaigns for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of ad optimization, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to interpret data and present findings.
