*Responsibilities:*

• Support day-to-day operational activities including solar installations, maintenance services, and EV infrastructure projects.

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

• Monitor operational metrics to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.

• Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and project coordination.

• Assist in resource allocation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Provide support to operational teams, facilitating training and development.

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to address concerns related to project delivery or customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
