Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Prospect & Qualify Leads:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support sales targets.

🗣 Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Recommend suitable solar products and services from EcoSoch’s portfolio.

💡 Sales Presentations:

  • Present and demonstrate our solar products, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Tailor presentations to address customer needs, questions, and objections.

✍️ Proposal Development:

  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals and quotes, showcasing the unique value of EcoSoch’s offerings.
  • Ensure clarity and professionalism in all sales communications.

🤝 Negotiation & Closure:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers.
  • Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

📊 Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Track progress against targets and prioritize activities to maximize conversions.

🤗 Collaboration & Development:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and participate in training programs to enhance your skills.

Performance Metrics:

  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of [X] new qualified leads per week/month.
  • Conversion Rates: Maintain a lead conversion rate of at least [Y]% and a pipeline velocity of less than [H] days from lead generation to closure.


  • Fluent in English and Hindi and/or Kannada
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for renewable energy.
