🎯 Your Role
As our Senior Product Owner, you will:
- Lead with Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy tailored to the retail and furniture industry, aligning it with business goals and market trends.
- Unlock Market Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Craft the Roadmap: Design and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with development, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing success.
- Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to differentiate and innovate, keeping our products one step ahead of the competition.
- Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee product performance, define key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements from ideation to launch.
- Mitigate Risks: Anticipate potential challenges in product development or adoption and proactively create mitigation strategies.
💡 What You Bring
- Over 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the retail or furniture industry.
- Deep expertise in sales processes, CRM systems, and the retail/furniture market landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Agile/Scrum certification or extensive experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of SAP SD domain is a plus!
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and engage senior leadership.
