School Coordinator

Location: Chirec Public School, Madhugiri (near Tumkur, Karnataka)

About the Role:

Chirec Public School is looking for a dynamic and experienced School Coordinator to support academic and administrative functions. The Coordinator will act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality education delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic calendar, timetables, and daily schedules
• Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and assessments
• Coordinate events, exams, staff meetings, and communication with parents
• Monitor student performance and address academic or behavioral concerns
• Work closely with the Principal and Management on school improvement plans
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth school functioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory, B.Ed preferred
• Prior experience in teaching or school administration
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities
• Willing to relocate to Madhugiri, Karnataka if not locally based

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:20 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Salary:

Up to ₹35,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
