Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with experience in education sales and a passion for impacting the education sector. You will be responsible for visiting CBSE and ICSE schools in Bangalore to introduce and sell our range of products, which includes educational publications, cutting-edge technology, and unique learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential CBSE and ICSE schools in Bangalore.
  • Present and sell educational products and solutions to school decision-makers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in ticket sizes ranging from ₹10-15 lakhs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on educational trends, competitive products, and market demands.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA is required. A background in education or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience: A few years of experience in education sales, particularly in dealing with CBSE and ICSE schools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and professionalism in presenting to school administrators.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a two-wheeler for commuting to various schools within Bangalore.
  • Male candidates are preferred due to the extensive fieldwork involved.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
