Sales Support Executive

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a knack for customer service and a drive to support our sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers interested in EcoSoch's solar products and services through lead generation and qualification activities.
  2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website channels, ensuring customers receive the information they need about our offerings.
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations with prospective customers, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  4. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals and contracts, to support the sales process and facilitate deal closure.
  5. Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with relevant information for reporting and analysis.
  6. Follow up with customers after sales meetings to gather feedback and provide additional information to move the sales process forward.
  7. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
  9. Stay informed about EcoSoch's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead validation, call handling, and scheduling meetings.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Salary: Up to 30,000 - 35,000 per month
