Location: Varachha, Surat

CTC: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month

Shift: 10 hours per day

🎯 Your Role  

• Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly approach. Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Financial Operations: Assist with billing and invoicing, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
• Patient Relations: Build positive relationships with patients, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and staff, both verbally and in writing.

💡 What You Bring  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce. 
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and hospital management software. 
• Additional Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
