• Test Planning & Design: Develop robust test plans, strategies, and test cases that cover all product features.
• Manual Testing: Conduct in-depth manual testing on new features, bug fixes, and regression tests to ensure flawless quality.
• Automated Testing: Design and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium and Appium to streamline the testing process.
• Performance & Security Testing: Collaborate with experts to assess and enhance product performance and security.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize testing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defects, along with regular quality reports for stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements and ensure top-quality deliverables.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to capture expectations and deliver quality outcomes that exceed their standards.
