🎯 Your Role

🔹 Vendor Management & Negotiation

✔️ Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with vendors.

✔️ Negotiate the best prices and terms to maximize value.

✔️ Ensure smooth coordination between vendors and internal teams.

🔹 Invoice Processing & Payments

✔️ Track, verify, and process vendor invoices with accuracy.

✔️ Ensure on-time payments and maintain clear financial records.

✔️ Resolve any billing discrepancies with efficiency.

🔹 Inventory & Accounts Support (Added Advantage)

✔️ Monitor inventory inflow and maintain stock quality.

✔️ Keep records updated in Tally and assist with basic accounting.

💡 What You Bring  

✅ Experience: 3-5 years in purchase/vendor management (preferably in large retail stores).

✅ Education: Commerce background (B.Com or related field preferred).

✅ Skills: Strong negotiation skills, Tally proficiency, and keen attention to detail.
