• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the follow-up of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete project lifecycle from conception to implementation and closure, driving projects related to Product Content, Sales Channels, and Customer Service.
• Business Case Development: Research and prepare business cases, identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research on available tools and competitor features to inform project planning.
• Deliverables Definition: Define concrete deliverables, create project timetables, and evaluate necessary resources for successful realization.
