As a Product Owner, you will:

  • Lead the Vision: Develop a deep understanding of customer service needs, market trends, and business goals to define a clear product roadmap and backlog.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to align product goals and technology solutions.
  • Ensure Delivery Excellence: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality features on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive Technical Maturity: Emphasize stability, unit testing, integration testing, and error-free deliverables while promoting documentation and monitoring best practices.
  • Foster Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate advanced solutions like Zendesk, Babelforce, CRM, and Chatbots to enhance customer service.
  • Act as a Liaison: Communicate product updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.
  • Manage Emergencies: Be available to respond promptly and effectively to unforeseen issues, ensuring smooth operations.



💡 What You Bring  

  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong functional and technical understanding of customer service technology stacks, including applications like Zendesk, CRM, Babelforce, and Chatbots.
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and balance commercial value with technical stability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, ensure proper documentation, and promote a culture of technical excellence.

📜 Qualifications  

  • Experience managing international teams or a GCC for at least 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering successful products that meet customer and business needs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, CRM systems, and advanced customer service platforms.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
