• Qualifications: We’re looking for passionate educators with a certification in Phonics, who understand the importance of laying a strong foundation in literacy.
• Experience: Whether you’re fresh out of your teacher training or have up to 2 years of experience, we welcome all who have a knack for making learning to read a joyful journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Phonics Champion: Teach and inspire young learners with creative phonics lessons that help them decode the mysteries of language and build essential reading skills.
• Literacy Architect: Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that make the alphabet come alive, ensuring that each child progresses with confidence.
• Classroom Storyteller: Manage the classroom with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to learn.
• Curriculum Creator: Stay updated on the latest phonics teaching resources and techniques, using them to craft lessons that are as fun as they are effective.
• Parental Liaison: Keep parents informed and engaged in their child’s literacy journey, offering guidance on how they can support learning at home.
• Beyond the ABCs: Organize and lead activities that extend beyond traditional phonics instruction, incorporating stories, songs, and games that make learning to read an adventure.
• Learning Guide: Continuously assess student progress, adapting your teaching strategies to meet each child's individual needs and ensuring no one is left behind.
