Academic Background:

🎓 Graduates or postgraduates

Experience and Skills:

⌛Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the placement department, preferably within educational institutions

💬Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Additional Criteria:

🗣️Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory

👨‍💼Male candidates are preferred

Curriculum & Program Development:

🔄 Align the placement training curriculum with industry standards.

🚀 Develop and implement effective technical and soft skills training programs.

Student Skill Enhancement:

📊 Assess and improve students' skill levels.

🎙️ Organise and conduct mock interviews.
