🎯 Your Role  

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Lead Campaigns: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve ROAS consistently.
• Keyword Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategic insights to target both domestic and international audiences.
• Lead Generation: Run campaigns specifically for international lead generation, targeting audiences from India to other countries and vice-versa.
• Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns and search negations to ensure qualified lead contribution and maintain a positive ROAS.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage content strategy, messaging frameworks, and narratives that align with HappyLocate's expertise and offerings.
• Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to manage email campaigns and optimize lead generation.
• Analytics and Reporting: Leverage marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide detailed performance reports.
• Email Campaigns: Exposure to email marketing campaigns will be an added advantage, focusing on effective lead nurturing.
• SEM & PPC: Manage SEM and PPC campaigns to enhance overall lead generation and brand visibility.

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Expertise in Lead Generation: Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns for international audiences.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong skills in keyword research, campaign optimization, and targeting strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor campaigns, assess performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: 
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram ads.
• Expertise in marketing automation tools and email marketing.
• Proficient in SEM, PPC, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

📜 Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
