Who can apply?

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a similar heroic role.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and HR software, because we love tech-savvy heroes.

• Ability to handle sensitive information like a secret identity.

• Proactive attitude with the power to work independently or in a super squad.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supercharge our recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

• Be the champion of onboarding, ensuring new employees have a smooth entry into our super squad.

• Solve HR mysteries and provide top-notch support to employees with their HR inquiries.

• Keep our HR records and databases in tip-top shape, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Ignite employee engagement with awesome initiatives and activities.

• Tackle HR administrative tasks like a speedster, from preparing documents to managing benefits.

• Team up with other departments to save the day on HR projects and initiatives.
