π About Us
VidaXL is an international retailer brand, expanding its operations with a new office in Hyderabad, India. Our office will work closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands and our office in China to perform various e-commerce activities, including marketing, copywriting, design, back-office functions, and customer service. As we grow, we aim to support 200 employees by the end of 2024, expanding to 500 within two years.
π― Your Role
As an Order Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Order Management team, ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and smooth operations of the department. You will take charge of problem-solving, process development, and optimising workflows, helping the team meet its goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- SAP Order Management: Managing the full spectrum of order processing using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Team Management: Leading and coordinating the Order Management team.
- SOP Development: Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order management processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to optimise order fulfilment and delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and implementing necessary improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying and rolling out process improvement opportunities across the organisation.
- Team Development: Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and coaching team members for continued growth.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP Order Management, with hands-on expertise in managing the entire order lifecycle through SAP.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in order management.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
