Job Description:

Vspace Network is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a strong background in OOH advertising to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Quality Control:

🚀 Oversee the end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns, including site selection, installation, and monitoring.

🔍 Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all OOH placements meet our standards and guidelines.

Vendor Management & Coordination:

🤝 Maintain relationships with OOH media vendors and negotiate favourable terms for ad placements.

🔄 Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and sales, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Client Interaction & Reporting:

💬 Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing campaign updates, and managing expectations.

📊 Generate campaign reports and analyse performance data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

🛠️ 2-3 years of experience in OOH advertising operations.

Skills and Attributes:

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with OOH advertising software/tools.

🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

🔍 Ability to manage tasks with precision and attention to detail.

💡 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of OOH campaigns.

🤝 Collaborative and capable of working effectively in a team.

🔄 Able to adapt to a dynamic and evolving OOH advertising environment.

Salary: 💰 3 - 5 Lacs per annum 💰
