🎯 Your Role  

As the Office Manager for VidaXL India, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, from facility management to employee relations. You’ll be overseeing the HR, Facility, Marketing, Content, Project Management, and Order Management teams to drive efficient office operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

  • Facilities & Administration Management: Ensure a well-maintained, compliant workspace for employees in Hyderabad, overseeing vendors and local facilities in line with VidaXL policies.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Lead and mentor the local HR team, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and engage vendors to support seamless office operations and guest experiences.
  • Operations Improvement: Continuously enhance local operations, ensuring compliance with both company policies and local laws.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and maintaining adherence to labour laws.
  • Reporting & Communication: Oversee the communication of reports, including facility costs, employee retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Project Leadership: Guide teams on corporate-wide projects, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage financial resources and allocate manpower to achieve operational success.
