Experience: 0-3 years (MBBS); 10+ years (BHMS)

CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month

🎯 Your Role  

• Patient Counselling: Provide emotional and psychological support from the beginning of the patient’s journey until discharge, ensuring they understand each stage of their treatment.
• Treatment Guidance: Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding their healthcare by explaining procedures, options, and expected outcomes.
• Support for Chronic Conditions: Offer regular counselling for patients with long-term conditions, including stress management and emotional support.
• Coordination with Medical Teams: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure each patient receives integrated, holistic care.
• Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality in all interactions, handling information with utmost sensitivity.

💡 What You Bring  

• Education: MBBS preferred; candidates with a BHMS degree must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical counselling.
• Experience: 0-3 years (for MBBS candidates); at least 10 years (for BHMS candidates) in medical counselling or healthcare consulting.
• Skills: Empathy, strong communication, ability to handle sensitive situations, and skills in liaising effectively with healthcare teams.
• Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is essential.
