Job Description:
As the Media Buyer/Planner for the India Market at Gospacy.ai, you will play a crucial role in executing omnichannel media buying and planning strategies to optimize digital advertising campaigns and drive results for our clients within the Indian market. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, negotiating media deals, and maximizing ROI across multiple advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement omnichannel media buying and planning strategies to meet client objectives and campaign KPIs within the Indian market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify target audiences, media trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to inform media plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external media partners to negotiate media buys across various advertising channels, including OOH, transit, newspaper, digital media, radio, tv, ott and programmatic platforms.
- Execute media buys across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and consistency in messaging and brand presence.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization across all channels.
- Manage media budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within scope.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, media trends, and emerging technologies within the Indian advertising landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and other industry partners to stay informed about new opportunities and best practices across different channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA Preferred
- 3-10 years of experience in media buying/planning, preferably within the Indian advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel advertising principles, advertising platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners across various channels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
