🎯 Your Role  

As our Manual Team Leader, you will oversee the manual creation process, ensuring high-quality outputs across our product range. Your responsibilities include:

• Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison with the external Product Development Team to create qualified product manuals.
• Team Leadership: Lead the creation of product manuals, distributing tasks and ensuring quality control.
• Project Management: Oversee manual-related projects, including storage improvements and video manual creation.
• System Optimization: Lead and optimize systems related to manual creation, such as Manualise and InDesign.
• Workforce Monitoring: Monitor the workload of the Manual Team, including weekly reports on working hours and monthly output.
• Team Development: Evaluate and nurture team members, supporting their professional journey.
• Additional Tasks: Complete other manual-related tasks assigned by the Text & Listing Operation Manager.
